If within 30 days of collecting your new glasses you have not fully adjusted to your new lenses we will provide a suitable alternative and refund any difference in price.

Most people are delighted with varifocals. We have a success-rate of 97%. However a few people never settle with so if within 90 days of collecting your new varifocals, you feel you would prefer another type of lens, we will happily provide a suitable alternative and refund any difference in price.

 

1 Year Manufacturers Guarantee

 

Should your frame or lenses be found to have a manufacturing defect during the first year after purchase we will repair or replace them free of charge (excludes normal wear and tear).

 

Our fees include lifetime cleaning and aftercare, in order to maintain the comfort and fit of your glasses.

 

Price Guarantee

 

Some people expect small independent business will always be expensive. We won’t claim to always be the cheapest, but on a like-for-like comparison we are confident that our prices are similar to other opticians, including the likes of Vision Express or Boots. For some products our prices are cheaper than our competitors. We do prefer to recommend the very best products to give the best vision, comfort and quality, but we can always offer less-expensive alternatives.

 

If you do find exactly the same product selling for less at an optical retailer within a ten-mile radius we will lower our price to match. A formal written quote must be supplied to enable us to price match.
